Return Policy

If you bought a product from the Buoy website, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused.

For Buoy bottles bought from a retail store, please reach out to them directly for their return policy.

If your bottle is damaged, you can send it back to Buoy for a $5 credit toward your next purchase. We’ll regrind it and make it into a new bottle.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Email us at contact@buoy.eco to get an RMA and shipping instructions.
Include your RMA, order number, and purchase date in your email.
We suggest using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking info until your return is processed.
Refunds are processed within 4 weeks of receiving your return. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept COD shipments.
Your refund will appear on your credit card statement within one or two cycles depending on your bank’s policies and billing cycle.
